BMW M2 Competition (F87) (2019-2021)

The BMW M2 Competition was unveiled in 2018 for the 2019 model year which succeeded the Base model M2 coupe as a more powerful variant. The BMW M2 Competition came standard with the more powerful slightly detuned version of the 3.0 liter twin-turbocharged inline six cylinder s55 engine found in the F80 M3 and F82 M4. The new engine produced 405 hp, 40 more hp than the previous N55 powerplant, and is mated to either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission.
